Congratulations to SED Project Jinan China overseas UNI City Won 2015 ICSC China Shopping Center Sil

On Apr.29th, “China Retail Strategy and Trend Summit” was hosted in Shanghai by ICSC. 

The project Jinan China overseas UNI City designed by SED has won the Design & Development Silver Award. ICSC is the biggest and authoritative professional retail property business association. The association is focusing on discovering outstanding contribution in China retail property by awarding. This award has been held for four years in Asia and is now the standard of retail marketing, developing and designing in Asia.

Jinan UNI City is the first commercial landscape project cooperated with China Overseas Group. The project is located in Jinan, Shandong Province. The whole orientation is to be a city commercial landmark, five-star landscape and a city complex. The project is modern, simple style, by using the existing environment to display the ecological, environmental, energy-saving, efficient characteristics. It strives to create an international city complex and experiential landscape. This is another cooperative milestone of SED and China Overseas.
