SED Bidding-Winning Project - China Overseas Property Ludan Luxury Mansion

Ludan Luxury Mansion is invested by China Overseas Group.

 In June, 2005 after many rounds of Planning Competing Bid, SED’s plan was approved by all of the cooperatives and won the bidding. 

The project is located in Luohu District in Shenzhen, and the Ludan Block is also the place where two rivers gather together and the site advantage is very obvious. Ludan Block complex construction land is one of the 30 important projects in Shenzhen. Besides, it becomes Shenzhen’s first demolition case and was invested by China Overseas. China Overseas Group has paid much attention on it. After four years it will become another large community in Luohu center. The history of Ludan Village will be renewed.

SED pays much attention to Ludan‘s history and presence, and SED hopes to add more color to Ludan’s new chapter.
